The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Rloyalty, Hong Kong, ordered from the Rloyalty website at www.rloyalty.co. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this. Rloyalty reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales. These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
All sales are final; no exchange or refund is offered unless the order is not fulfilled properly.
All prices are shown in United States Dollars and are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges, where applicable, will be added upon confirmation of your address and payment details prior to the order being placed.
Limited edition items are guaranteed by the artist, but Rloyalty is not responsible if an additional print edition is produced by the artist without our knowledge.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. If an error is discovered prior to shipping your order, Rloyalty will inform you and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
You will receive an email receipt to confirm Rloyalty has received your order. Should you not receive an email, please contact the store on (852) 52865679.
Orders can also be placed by telephone or in-person at the store subject to staff availability.
All goods are subject to availability. If the goods are out of stock upon receipt of your order, Rloyalty will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid for the unavailable goods.
Rloyalty is under no obligation to accept any order.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Rloyalty website are estimates based on availability and normal processing times. Rloyalty may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Turnaround time is approximate and may vary based on the specifics of the order and our current production workload. Vendor unavailability may affect turnaround time and order fulfillment.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged for collection in person.
All artist editions will be sent by courier service or special delivery. Rloyalty will endeavor to deliver unframed editions within 5 business days and framed editions within 10 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature will act as proof that the order has been delivered.
Once an edition is considered delivered, responsibility for the edition and the risk of damage or loss will pass to you.
If Rloyalty is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the store will inform you and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
Rloyalty is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through unavoidable delivery delays.
Rloyalty currently does not supply goods to destinations other than Hong Kong via the website. For orders from outside Hong Kong, please contact the store directly.
Import Taxes and Duties
All prices and delivery charges displayed do not include any duties or taxes that may be applicable at the destination. When ordering for delivery outside of Hong Kong, you may be responsible for customs taxes and duties.
Ownership and Copyright
The artwork copyright remains with the artist. You may not publish or reproduce any image of an edition to any third party without permission.
Privacy
Rloyalty does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
Returns
For goods that are faulty, damaged, or wrongly supplied, please contact Rloyalty at (852) 289 323 89. Rloyalty is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
